Behind the Scenes: A High-Impact Portrait Library for Wilmington Trust
Recently, I had the privilege of producing an image library for Wilmington Trust at their Radnor, PA Offices. The goal was to create a diverse and impactful image library for their wealth management and economics team, empowering them with high-quality visuals for various marketing, PR, and communication needs.
The Challenge:
Capturing compelling portraits of busy professionals while minimizing schedule disruption required careful planning and a streamlined approach.
The Solution:
Strategic Planning: My team meticulously handled all logistics, including travel arrangements for our team from Buffalo and the hiring of local professionals for wardrobe styling, hair, and makeup in PA; we also developed the production schedule, procured all needed production rentals, and arranged catering for all cast and crew as required.
Location Scouting: We spent a dedicated day exploring the Radnor location, identifying and pre-lighting 7-8 shooting scenarios for each subject. This included a mix of studio-style portraits, lifestyle shots, and environmental portraits to provide maximum versatility.
Efficient Production: We allocated approximately 2 hours per subject, swiftly moving them through the carefully planned scenarios. This efficient workflow ensured minimal disruption to their busy schedules while still delivering a wealth of high-quality images.
