Process
One - Research
Every project starts with understanding the issues in your image asset program. We recommend a discovery call to learn about your company's specific style and needs. In this call, we’ll discuss key details like your timelines, locations, brand attributes, target audience, and your vision for the images you want.
You provide: honest insights about your needs, examples of current images, and an overview of your image management process.
Two - The Proposal
We gather all the information you've given us and create a detailed overview of your project. This includes both creative and practical solutions to your challenges, a step-by-step plan for pre-production and implementation, relevant work samples, and a detailed budget. We will spend as much time as needed discussing this proposal with you, answering any questions, and making necessary changes before sending you the final contract for approval.
You need to provide: Approval of the final contract, access to relevant team members, and a production deposit.
Three - Pre-production
Once the proposal is approved and the deposit is received, we start working on the necessary pre-production tasks to ensure your project's success. Depending on your needs, we may focus on researching trends, brainstorming creative ideas, finding locations, creating production guides, assembling the team, conducting test shoots for your brand's new look, training photographers in different markets, developing retouching processes, and setting up scheduling and delivery for your team. This pre-production phase is essential for effective execution.
Four - Implementation
Implementation varies based on your company's needs and the services you've chosen. It might involve several days of main photography for your team, a full day for PR images of a corporate leader, or launching a new image program for your global team. We will collaborate to ensure your vision comes to life smoothly and effectively. Our retouching team will handle the finishing touches to perfect the important details to your team. We will then proceed to the final delivery and project assessment.
