Organizing corporate portraits for a team of 20 busy professionals is a daunting task, let alone teams of 500+. But having a knowledgeable and experienced partner can take the burden off of you and make the process easy. With our high-volume corporate portrait program you can expect that every team member will have a tailored experience with a photographer who understands that not everyone is a fan of having their pictures taken. We’ll take the time to listen, address concerns, and coach your team members through any discomfort or insecurities they might have, and then pose, light, and retouch their images to ensure everyone has an amazing experience.
We’ll handle the scheduling and logistics, develop a style guide, assist with crafting internal communications, as well as provide stylists, techs, and producers as needed. Our studio will integrate with your existing marketing team or agency to provide guidance and become a trusted partner throughout the process, giving you more time to focus on other areas of your business.
We provide the option to add on quarterly, bi-annual, or annual update sessions to create portraits of new hires and team members whose appearance has changed. My team will also document the production specifications to ensure consistency and repeatability across multiple locations and future updates.
